A Santa Barbara-based adventurer, Josh spends his weekdays as a project manager for a construction company and hikes the backcountry of Central California on the weekends. In June, he'll trek from North America's lowest point, Death Valley to the highest point in the contiguous United States, Mt. Whitney. Josh's goal goes beyond an extreme altitude adventure. Along the way, he'll raise awareness and funds to support the 17q12 Foundation, a non-profit that supports families and individuals impacted by a rare chromosome disorder.
